Jen will continue to inform you of new listings through the attorney review period
Jen will recommend attorneys, inspectors, mortgage companies, contractors, movers & many other professionals that you may need.
Jen will look for the tax map and survey
Jen will offer you an AHS home warranty policy
Jen will be present for all inspections and estimates
Jen will meet the appraiser and provide comparables
Jen will advocate for your best interests all along the way
Jen will always find someone from our office to meet you if we are not available
Jen will let you know who the neighbors are and make introductions for you and your kids when possible
Jen will give you schedules for recycling, garbage collection, bus service to schools, recreation, community and social organizations
Jen will help you with your utility transfers
Jen will help you get involved in the community
Jen will tell you about the local papers if you want to subscribe
Jen will follow up on all repairs, credits and workmen who may have done work in the past and we will make sure there are no open permits on this property
Jen will find out the name of the alarm company
Jen will attend your walk through
Jen will attend your closing and bring you a nice gift
Jen will probably become your friend along the way…
