1. Jen will set the first appointment to discuss your moving plans, assist with staging and provide a checklist of all necessary steps in preparing your home for sale.
2. Jen will supply a list of vendors/contractors that you may be able to use.
3. Jen will send the seller(s) updated information via email to better educate them on the current inventory, price points and pertinent information on the competition.
4. Jen will recommend a pricing committee to assess the correct initial price point for your home.
5. Jen will prepare a thorough market analysis and sales strategy.
6. Once hired, Jen will schedule a professional photographer to take photos of your home and provide floor plans if needed.
7. Jen will take these photos and possible floor plans to create a professionally designed brochure to be used in the promotion of your home for prospective buyers.
8. Jen will syndicate 20-25 wide-angle high resolution photos on 50+ Real Estate related websites.
9. Jen creates ads, postcards, printed materials and social media postings (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tumblr, YouTube, and Google).
10. Jen installs a professional For Sale sign on your property.
11. Jen will invite all local Real Estate agents to a Broker Open House to create excitement for your home via email blasts.
12. Jen will advertise and host public Open Houses to target new buyers.
13. Jen will give feedback from all agent showings to seller(s) regularly.
14. Jen will continue to update seller(s) on changes in the local market including comparable properties.
15. Jen is committed to supporting /advising the seller(s) from the start of the listing agreement to the closing table.
16. Jen will contact the local building department to determine if there are any open permits and discuss with seller(s) the procedure to get these permits closed.
17. Jen has an in-house financial consultant that can provide information on a future purchase if needed.
18. If you are moving out of New Jersey, Jen will introduce you to a top agent in that area.
